Development Representatives (BDRs), a vital role in driving our growth by bridging marketing and sales efforts. Responsibilities Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients through research and outreach strategies. Utilize tools to analyze target markets and refine prospecting efforts. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team. Marketing and Sales Support: Assist in executing marketing campaigns to drive engagement and retention. Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor strategies. Support the sales team in follow-ups, setting up meetings, and closing deals. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring excellent communication and problem resolution. Requirements Eligibility and Requirements Educational Background: Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus. Analytical mindset with knowledge or interest in tools like Tableau and Looker. Personal Traits: A proactive, creative mindset and eagerness to learn.
