Job Description

Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, healthcare organizations, and strategic partners for major alliances and regular patient referrals, Identifying, liaising and establishing alliances with sources like hospitals, doctors, Clinics for bringing in more business (empanel the untapped market ) To pitch the services to potential customer, Care provider / Hospital staff alongside the Doctors & Health care practitioners during visits to Multi Speciality Hospital & Clinics To achieve set targets by ensuring referral conversions. Responsible for achieving the company's sales targets by on the field promotion, relation & tie ups. Implement sales and promotional activities to increase patient footfall and awareness about hospital services. Participate in community events and health fairs to promote the hospital. Develop marketing collaterals and proposals for potential partners and clients. Follow up on leads and inquiries, providing information and support throughout the decision-making process. Manage existing relationships and client engagements to enable strong pipeline. Prepare, present and publish the pitch of the services to enable empanelment of hospitals in the cluster assigned. To convert the potential customer into actual admissions. Counselling patient & their attendants, facility visits. Have continuous pipeline of potentials customers To share weekly and monthly status reports and other essential documents to the concerned officials Coordinate and collaborate Business Development and Partnerships team, including remote / field team members. Job specification: Any graduate Experience in a medical / healthcare company will be given preference 1 to 5 years of experience in a Business Development or B2B sales role, Experience in independently sourcing, negotiation, meeting, and closing deals, Flexible to travel , Good communication, Soft skills, Interpersonal skills Negotiation and persuasion skills, Maintain professional demeanour Networking and referral management Freshers can apply too, (Female preferred ) Notice Period : Immediate to 1 Month Benefits : Travel allowances Incentives PF.
