We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Officer to join our team.

The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, technical awareness of EPC/Infrastructure projects, and the ability to generate business opportunities in both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities
• Conduct market research & lead generation (domestic & international)
• Prepare and deliver impactful marketing/sales presentations
• Initiate contact with prospects via calls, emails, and meetings
• Manage the complete marketing & client engagement cycle independently
• Track business opportunities and maintain CRM records
• Participate in sales meetings, client visits & vendor registrations
• Coordinate with technical/proposal teams for accurate client solutions
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, consultants & EPC clients
• Manage client accounts, follow-ups & overall satisfaction
• Support digital branding and online brand visibility activities

• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Basic understanding of EPC services, substations & industrial solutions
• Experience in vendor registrations & govt/private sector liaison is an added advantage
