Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Engagement

  • Handle domestic and international rider inquiries.
  • Guide potential riders through tour details, pricing, inclusions, and travel arrangements.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by building trust and offering excellent consultation.
  • Upsell add-ons such as single-room supplements, rental gear, and premium experiences.

Business Development

  • Maintain relationships with repeat riders and encourage referrals.
  • Research new markets and contribute to sales strategy development.

Customer Experience

  • Serve as the first point of contact for riders via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
  • Assist with rider onboarding, documentation, and pre-tour guidance.
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients and operations team.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain inquiry trackers, booking sheets, and client databases.
  • Coordinate with marketing for lead follow-up and promotional campaigns.
  • Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, travel consulting, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication skills in English (mandatory); Hindi/Gujarati is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to handle international clients and cross-cultural interactions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
  • Passion for travel, motorcycles, or adventure tourism is a strong plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
