Handle service requests and manage branch operations. 2. Business Development Officer (BDO) Location: Across Tamil Nadu Experience: 0-7 years (Freshers & Experienced Candidates Preferred) Key Responsibilities: Acquire new Current & Savings Account (CASA) customers. Conduct market research, networking, and direct outreach. Cross-sell financial products (loans, investments, insurance). Ensure smooth account opening and compliance with regulations. Achieve sales targets and maintain customer engagement. 3. Premium Acquisition Manager (PAM) Location: Across Tamil Nadu Experience: 0-7 years (Freshers & Experienced Candidates Preferred) Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire HNI/Affluent customers for CASA and Deposits. Conduct financial needs analysis and offer tailored solutions. Cross-sell investment and loan products. Ensure adherence to compliance norms. Generate leads through marketing, networking, and referrals. 4. Relationship Officer (CA) Location: Across Tamil Nadu Experience: 0-7 years (Freshers & Experienced Candidates Preferred) Key Responsibilities: Build and manage liability relationships (Current Accounts, Deposits, HNI Clients). Conduct customer outreach and generate leads. Explain product features and ensure a smooth account opening process. Achieve CASA and deposit targets. Maintain customer relationships and cross-sell financial products. 5. Gold Loan Relationship Officer Location: Across Tamil Nadu Experience: 0-7 years (Freshers & Experienced Candidates Preferred) Key Responsibilities: Acquire new Gold Loan customers through market outreach. Ensure accurate loan processing and compliance with KYC norms. Cross-sell branch financial products. Maintain strong customer engagement and service support. Generate leads through promotional activities. 6. Business Development Manager (BDM) Location: Across Tamil Nadu Experience: 0-7 years (Freshers & Experienced Candidates Preferred) Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team to drive CASA sales and achieve targets. Identify new-to-market customers through prospecting. Cross-sell financial products (TPP, RTD, loans, etc.). Ensure compliance with financial regulations. Train and develop a high-performing sales team. Who Can Apply?
