Job Description

The Business Development Officer is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market reach, and building strong partnerships within the travel industry. The role requires extensive travel across Kerala to acquire clients and close business deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Build strong partnerships with hotels, resorts, transport providers, and corporate clients.
  • Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Travel across Kerala for client meetings and business outreach.
  • Maintain sales reports and forecast future performance.

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing/Tourism preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development (travel industry preferred).
  • Strong communication & presentation skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license.
