Job Description: Business Development Executive (Venture Capital)
Position Overview:
As a Investor Relations Manager in Venture Capital, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our investor base. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the sales team in identifying, engaging, and closing deals with potential investors. You will work closely with the investment team to articulate the value proposition of our venture capital fund and drive successful fundraising efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Pitch and Presentations: Develop compelling pitch decks and presentations to showcase our fund's investment thesis, performance, and competitive advantages to potential investors.
2) Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with investors, addressing their concerns, and structuring deals that align with both their interests and our fund's objectives.
3) Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, providing ongoing communication, updates on fund performance, and addressing inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
4) Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform sales strategies and enhance our value proposition.
Qualifications:
1) Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create compelling presentations and effectively communicate complex investment concepts.
2) Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating and structuring investment deals, understanding investor needs, and balancing them with fund objectives.
3) Relationship Building: Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with investors, industry professionals, and stakeholders.
4) Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with venture capital, private equity, startup ecosystem, and financial markets is highly desirable.
5) Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field is required. An MBA or equivalent is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
