Resposibility:-
1. Identify new business opportunities by studying market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities within relevant sectors.
2. Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, online platforms, and participation in business events.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding requirements and offering appropriate product or service solutions.
4. Prepare structured presentations, proposals, quotations, and business pitches that clearly communicate value and benefits to clients.
5. Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service conditions while ensuring profitability and alignment with company policies.
6. Close business deals efficiently and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely onboarding and smooth execution.
7. Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to create strategies that support business expansion goals.
8. Maintain an updated CRM with accurate details on leads, interactions, follow-ups, and deal progression.
9. Analyze sales performance data and market intelligence to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for continuous improvement.
10. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for management, highlighting pipeline status, forecasted revenue, and achieved targets.
11. Support marketing initiatives by providing market insights, attending promotional campaigns, and representing the company at trade shows.
12. Develop partnerships with distributors, channel partners, and industry stakeholders to broaden market access and visibility.
13. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients to increase revenue and strengthen relationships.
14. Monitor regulatory updates, technological developments, and competitive strategies to guide business planning and decision-making.
15. Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly, maintaining regular communication, and delivering professional support throughout the sales cycle.
Requirement:-
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Bsc or a related field.
2. Proven experience in sales or business development.
3. Strong communication and presentation skills.
4. Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads.
5. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
6. Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
7. Capability to work independently and meet targets.
8. Good analytical and market research skills.
9. Relationship-building and networking abilities.
10. High motivation, professionalism, and goal-oriented approach.
11. Able to travel 15 days in a month.
