Job Description

We are seeking dynamic Business Development Managers to expand our presence across Tamil Nadu's educational sector. The ideal candidate will understand the local educational ecosystem and help institutions transition from manual processes to automated, governance-focused operations. Work Requirements Based in assigned location Willingness to travel 70% of time within assigned territory Own two-wheeler required Smart phone with internet connectivity Own Laptop is a must. Key Responsibilities Develop business opportunities in assigned districts of Tamil Nadu Build relationships with educational institutions, including: Private and government schools Arts and Science colleges Engineering colleges Polytechnic institutions Conduct product demonstrations in Tamil and English (Hindi would be advantage) Create proposals aligned with local institution budgets and requirements Coordinate with local educational authorities and compliance bodies Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Submit regular reports on market activities and opportunities Maintain relationships with existing clients in the region Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any stream (preferably Business/Technology/Education) 3+ years of experience in education sector sales in Tamil Nadu Strong understanding of Tamil Nadu's education system and regulations Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English Valid driving license and willing to travel extensively within assigned region Experience in software/technology sales preferred Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Business Administration Experience with education management software Knowledge of CBSE, State Board, and ICSE curriculum structures Understanding of NEP 2020 implementation Experience in institutional sales Required Skills Strong presentation and negotiation abilities Proficiency in MS Office applications Basic understanding of educational software and technology Excellent relationship building capabilities Goal-oriented with proven track record Compensation & Benefits Best-in-industry base salary as per city/town standards Attractive incentive structure Travel allowance Food allowance Mobile reimbursement Health insurance coverage Performance bonuses Career growth opportunities Travel Insurance
