Key Responsibilities (KRs): Lead generation (cold calling, email campaigns, networking, social selling). Market research and identifying potential clients. Building and maintaining client relationships. Understanding client needs and proposing solutions. Preparing and delivering presentations and proposals. Negotiating contracts and closing deals. Meeting or exceeding sales targets. Collaborating with the technical/delivery team. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends. Required Skills & Experience: Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in IT services/software. Understanding of the software development lifecycle and common technologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong networking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software.
