The role holder is responsible for identifying, develop and manage channels for Travel Card Business in line with overall business strategy of Bank to grow Travel Card volume. The role also ensure cross sell of bank other FX Products to Travel Card channel partners and Travel Card to bank’s existing retail / corporate customers so to gain additional volume from existing client base. As channel Manager you bridge the technical, product and business worlds and help in designing and market products that the customers need. You will have ownership and responsibility commercial negotiations, strategic alliances & partnerships, leveraging the existing channels for increasing penetration of your product across various business verticals and customer segment within the Bank. You'll closely work with sales and channels team to build top line and bottom line for the product Monitor channel performance, track key metrics, and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments. Travel Card Strategy Implements bank overall strategy so to gain mind and market share in between targeted segment of customers. Business Development Identifies avenues / channels / geographic for new business development. Analyses and undertakes various activities so to cross sell other product to existing Travel Card partners. Channel & Relationship Management Responsible to develop and maintain effective business relationship in between Travel Card external and internal channels. Perform regular training and constant feedback so to keep all stakeholders updated on product and feature of Travel Card. Responsible to develop strong follow up process so to support channel partners and their query resolution. Develop and Implements contest & campaign to drive Travel Card volume. Product and Process Development Research and analyses competition so to provide feedback and implement industry best practice. Arranges meeting of product / operation team with channel partners so to help them in understanding client and market requirement. Audit & Compliance Adherence of proper documentation and agreement at the time of onboarding new channel partners Implements and ensure bank process are followed at all distribution points with ZERO deviation. Business Communication & MIS Communicates and updates all stake holders in regards with any change in regulatory guideline, internal process, product update or any other information which impacts Travel Card internal and external stakeholders. Responsible to develop and regular publication of MIS to all relevant stakeholders. Cost Management Analyses Travel Card volume and payout trends so to keep cost within approved overall budget. Responsible for timely incentive payout to all channel partners by keeping close eye and control on payout process. Risk and Internal Control Responsibilities Adhering to regulatory reporting like RBI, etc., as per respective deadlines is being submitted by mapped channels. Ensuring all open audit points across Partners are closed. Stay up to date with industry regulations and ensure that all channels are compliant with relevant laws and standards. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor/Master degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred) Knowledge of travel card products and payment systems is a plus. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Professional Certifications MS Office (Working knowledge) Language Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills. Years of Experience The ideal candidate should have 8-10+ years of experience in sales, distribution, channel management, preferable in Travel/Prepaid/Credit Card. Show more Show less
