Job Description

Dear All Job Seekers,

Were hiring an energetic Business Development Manager to drive sales & revenue generation and client relationship management for power distribution sectors. The ideal candidate is target-driven and experienced in B2B outreach.

Role & responsibilities:

1. Sales & Revenue Generation :

Drive end-to-end sales activities for EHV, HT, and LT cables, targeting power distribution, industrial, infrastructure, and utility sectors.
Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into profitable sales.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives in assigned territories or market segments.

2. Business Development

Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the customer base and market presence.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to shape business strategies.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to support short- and long-term growth.

3. Customer Relationship Management

Foster long-term, value-driven relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, EPCs, and other key stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.

4. B2B Sales & Marketing

Lead B2B marketing campaigns and promotional activities in alignment with company goals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales tools, presentations, proposals, and marketing content.
