The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the agency. Key Responsibilities: 1. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies. 2. Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business development goals. 4. Proposal and Presentation Development: Develop and deliver proposals and presentations to clients and prospective clients. 5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or recruitment. 2. Proven track record of success in business development and sales. 3.
