Job Title: Business Development Manager Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, develop strategic partnerships, and promote Farah Amusement, Aquarium, and Play Kingdom as a premier entertainment destination. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate events, birthday parties, and group bookings. 2. Partnership Development: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with local businesses, schools, and organizations to drive revenue growth and promote the venue. 3. Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the venue and attract new customers. 4. Event Planning: Coordinate and execute events, including corporate events, birthday parties, and group bookings. 5. Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships. 6. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and positive word-of-mouth. 7. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities. Requirements 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the entertainment or hospitality industry. 3. Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the entertainment and hospitality industry, including trends, players, and emerging opportunities. 4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships and negotiate contracts. 5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze sales data and identify business opportunities. Preferred Qualifications 1. Advanced Degree: Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Industry Certifications: Certifications in hospitality or entertainment industry, such as Certified Hospitality Manager (CHM). 3.
