Job description Responsibilities Onboard new clients including fleet operators and transporters Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including OEMs, dealers, and distributors Address client queries and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall company objective Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the automobile industry Demonstrable experience working with OEMS Strong understanding of the automobile market, industry trends, and customer Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suites Ability to travel as needed Preferred Skills: Knowledge of sales techniques and methodology Hindi Speaking is a Must. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
