Job Description

Vendor Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify and approach electronic retail shops (selling appliances, gadgets, and electronics) to onboard them onto PickMyDeal. Educate retailers about the platforms benefits and how it can help boost their sales. Ensure smooth documentation and registration of vendors on the platform Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and decision-makers. Regularly visit vendors to address concerns, collect feedback, and ensure active participation. Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive vendor engagement by encouraging retailers to share their list of products and map them to their IDs. Ensure the achievement of onboarding and sales targets as per company goals. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Gather insights on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Suggest improvements to the backend team based on vendor feedback and competitor analysis. Training & Support: Train retailers and their staff on how to use the PickMyDeal platform effectively. Provide ongoing support to resolve any operational issues faced by vendors. Reporting & Data Management: Maintain accurate records of sales, vendor meetings, and onboarding progress. Submit daily reports to the sales head on vendor acquisitions and market trends.
