Job Description

Responsibilities : • Communicating with customers, making calls to potential customers and following up on leads. • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities. • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information via email. • Keeping up with product and service information and updates. • Maintaining a database of current and potential customers. • Maintaining rapport with current and potential customers. • Explaining the features of products and services. • Organizing sales visits to demonstrate the features of products and services. • Staying informed about competing products and services. • Researching and qualifying prospects. • Upselling products and services. • Closing sales and achieving sales targets. • Follow up for advances and balance payments from customers Experience : • Experience: 0 - 3 years of Sales Experience • Education: Any Graduate • Language Preference: English, Hindi & any Local Language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada) • Prior experience in the education sector is an advantage • Previous experience in outbound calls / telecalling / related sales position is preferred Skills & Abilities: • Ability to multitask and adhere to processes • Good communication skills, both verbal and written • Excellent customer servicing skills • Strong listening and sales skills • Self-motivated, results-driven and a good Team player • Is flexible to travel whenever required
