Business Development Manager

The ideal should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of excellent skills and possess good negotiation skills.

• Inside Sales

• Mass Mailing to the new prospects

• Build relationships with prospective clients

• Research and identify new market opportunities.

• Maintain relationship with clients and understanding their needs

• Ability to learn new techniques.

• Oversee the sales process to attract new clients (US and Canada)

• Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.

• Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.

• Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors.

• Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.

• Maintain healthy follow up with customers until the closure of the deal happens

• Track and maintain relevant data in the company software

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• Professional Level expertise in English

• Good command in verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent Negotiation skills.

• Comfortable working in night shift (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM)

• Good in Relationship management with clients/vendors and consultants.

• Excellent analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment.

Should have international sales/BPO/KPO/RPO experience
