Job Purpose Process Automation has evolved as the emerging technology sector as industries across the world have seen the potential benefits of automation of complex business processes. At Algonox, the goal is that of growth through new client acquisition. The role holder will be responsible for working on the business development activities for the designated territory, i.e., USA region. The role will provide complete ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle to drive revenue growth and new client acquisitions for Algonox. USA cold calling experience is Mandatory. Email and LinkedIn outreach skillset is preferable. End to end sales cycle experience, i.e., from lead generation to deal closure is Mandatory. Business Development Manager Obsessive focus on solving problems for the customer through automation. Ownership of the entire sales cycle ; cold calling, prospecting, opportunity discovery, consulting, commercials and deal closure Foster relationships with C-level executives and relevant business heads of the client to ensure deal closure Ownership and delivery on assigned sales targets. Skills & Personal Attributes US lead generation - cold calling experience, B2B Leads, SAAS Product. Aspiration to drive growth for the business Personal motivation to own and hustle for growth Understanding of B2B and technology sales to Fortune 500 clients and large domestic MNCs in US region Comfortable in working with C-level executives within clients Track record of over-achieving sales quota
