Roles and Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities through effective sales strategies and relationship building with customers. Identify potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions using our range of products (B2C & B2B). Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and training sessions to educate customers on the benefits of our offerings. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy development. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in Institutional Sales or Business Development Management in the Diagnostics industry. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Bio-Chemistry, Microbiology, or related life sciences discipline. Strong understanding of Genomics concepts and applications in various industries (institutional/B2B/B2C). Excellent communication skills for effective client engagement at all levels.
