We are Hiring for Business Development Manager for our ERP Base Solution Experience: 5+ years Location: Ahmedabad, Delhi (Noida), Bangalore, Hosur Key Responsibilities: Will be responsible for direct selling - from large enterprises to small growing companies End to end business development/sales from lead generation to closing Knowledge transfer/ training/market understanding/collaterals etc Foster a healthy relationship between the company and resellers Participate in joint sales calls to customers and assist the Partner in closing opportunities Coordinate with the Customer support/product/marketing/tech team Brainstorm new and creative revenue growth strategies and partnership opportunities Willing to take up responsibilities that adds value/supports other functions of the company Role Requirements: 4+ years of work experience in B2B Software Sales Smart, efficient, and organized professionals A shared belief in the vision & the desire to outgrow yourself Proven sales experience Track record of over-achieving quota Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong listening and presentation skills Ability to multitask, prioritize and follow-up effectively Comfortable with new-age technology
