Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, and developing strategic partnerships. Day-to-day tasks include market research, lead generation, preparing presentations, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to align on business development strategies and goals. Qualifications Experience in market research, lead generation, and client relationship management Strong negotiation skills and the ability to develop strategic partnerships Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to prepare and deliver presentations Proven track record in achieving business development targets The candidate has to manage a Business target of 50 cr. in FY 2025-26. Preparation of a proper business plan - clearly stating business growth from Torani 3 retail store, MBOs, and Online Business. Handling weekly sales target pressure and reporting to three members of management. Able to create DSR in sink with accounts team and should know how to follow up on payments and keep a constant cash flow.
