Job Title: Business Development Manager – Secure Nexus Experience Level: 3+ Years Location: Mumbai Role Overview We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead growth efforts in cybersecurity products and services. This individual will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building key client relationships, and positioning our cybersecurity solutions with BFSI institutions and new-age enterprises. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Business Development Identify and pursue new opportunities in cybersecurity offerings such as network security, endpoint protection, cloud security, and threat intelligence . Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, industry events, and referrals. Deliver impactful presentations and product demos to prospective clients. Prepare responses to RFPs and develop tailored proposals for enterprise clients. 2. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders including CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, and IT Heads . Conduct ongoing account management to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships. 3. Market Intelligence & Strategic Input Stay informed on the latest cybersecurity trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Translate market and customer insights into actionable strategies for business development and product refinement. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to align go-to-market strategies. Provide regular updates on sales forecasts, pipeline health, and key performance metrics. Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry networking events. Required Qualifications & Skills Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 4–8 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the cybersecurity or IT solutions space. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar industry. Experience selling to enterprise clients, new-age companies, and mid-market organizations . Technical & Sales Proficiency Solid understanding of cybersecurity solutions (e.g., firewalls, SIEM, SOC, endpoint protection ). Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in terms of business value. Familiarity with sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot . Show more Show less
