As a Business Development Manager , you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base by delivering impactful product demonstrations, driving end-to-end deal closures, and aligning closely with cross-functional teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets by promoting Threatcop’s AI-powered People Security Management product, including TSAT , TLMS , TDMARC , and TPIR . Engage with qualified inbound and outbound leads to deliver tailored, impactful product demonstrations that showcase the value and ease-of-use of our self-serve SaaS platform. Manage the complete sales lifecycle—from initial outreach to deal closure—while maintaining an accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM systems. Collaborate closely with the lead generation, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging, align on buyer personas, and drive high-quality sales opportunities. Establish strong relationships with client stakeholders to facilitate smooth onboarding and encourage early adoption of Threatcop’s solutions and further help the product support/customer support team in managing your accounts. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and the evolving cybersecurity landscape to continuously enhance sales strategies and customer conversations. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product sales , ideally with cybersecurity or enterprise software, is a MUST have. Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
