Job Description ( Essential Exposure to Areas ) We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to support with Export Sales along with development of business within emerging market sectors of Green & Blue Hydrogen, Blue & Grey Ammonia, Carbon Capture, etc. Based out of Mumbai, the Business Development Manager will be directly reporting to the Head of Global Sales and be responsible for taking on a variety of tasks that will help expand business in new markets and territories, thereby allowing for the successful achievement of annual sales targets of the company. Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Establishing and maintaining healthy customer relations at all appropriate decision maker levels; building on these relationships for mapping and maximizing sales opportunities, in line with global sales targets of the organisation Proposing diversification of existing product portfolio, taking into consideration the organizations core competencies and sustaining demand scenario in emerging market sectors such as Green & Blue Hydrogen, Blue & Grey Ammonia, Carbon Capture, etc. Assisting in development of annual marketing plan for all new business verticals, to effectively execute marketing and transactional strategies, including but not limited to PR campaigns, digital marketing and events Assisting in development of annual sales plans by individual business verticals; collaborating with sales leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies to continuously improve market share Identifying and establishing channel sales partnerships within the assigned territory to increase global geographical presence of the organisation Preparing sector and territory specific demand forecast charts and compiling quarterly reports on market size and market share of various players involved in all product segments Skills/Competencies Required: Basic understanding of Upstream and Downstream energy sector Drive to seek new business Excellent presentation and communication skills Advanced Excel skills with ability to collate & interpret large amount of data Research and Analytical Skills Initiative and good decision-making skills Strategic and analytical thinking skills Ability to work independently Name of the Cos whose Exposure will be ideal For this Position: Godrej, ISGEC, L&T, Anup, Precision, Dipesh, Kinam
