Roles & Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the EdTech & IT sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational institutions, and corporate clients. Generate leads, conduct market research, and pitch our ERP and STEM Robotics solutions. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns. Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets. Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients. Negotiate deals and close business agreements. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities. Requirements BBA / MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 3+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably in EdTech, IT solutions, or ERP sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Knowledge of educational technology and STEM-based learning is a plus.
