Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Planning Identify and develop new market opportunities, making recommendations based on industry trends, opportunities, and threats. Own the supply plan for the designated region to meet business objectives. Manage and maintain suppliers relationship driving growth and ensure periodic inventory quality audits. Develop innovative solutions to enhance business relationships and overcome challenges. Operational Efficiencies Regular training to partners/drivers on end-to-end deliverables. Oversee onboarding, engagement, and retention of old/new partners. Ensure seamless supply operations, resolving issues effectively and ethically. Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance supply-side processes. Continuously analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities. Supply Growth & Vendor Management Plan and execute initiatives to expand supply and strengthen vendor relationships. Negotiate contracts with partners to ensure the best pricing and margins. Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) between suppliers and internal teams. Analyse supplier reports to assess service quality, pricing, and fulfilment. Implement newer ways to improve inventory allocation and supplier engagement. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Graduation Mandatory Experience: 3-5 years in Business Development/Sales Key Skills: Strong negotiation and key account management skills. Excellent communication and Data Analytical skills. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region. Strategic mindset with problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
