The role focuses on expanding our recruitment services in both Indian and international markets by building strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients needing recruitment solutions. Lead Generation: Utilize cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals to generate leads. Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to enter new domestic and international markets. Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and decision-makers. Sales & Negotiation: Pitch Org Linkeds recruitment services, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Collaboration: Work closely with internal recruiters to ensure successful talent placements. Industry Analysis: Stay updated on hiring trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets and business development goals. Requirements: Experience: 2-4 years in business development or sales, preferably in the recruitment/staffing industry. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and talent acquisition trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment. Experience in handling both Indian and international clients is a plus.
