About Us

StaffAnchor Talent Solutions is a growing recruitment and talent acquisition firm, partnering with startups and established companies across India. We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and strengthen our presence in the recruitment consulting space.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, acquire, and onboard new clients for recruitment and staffing services.
  • Manage end-to-end client acquisition cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing agreements.
  • Build strong relationships with HR Heads, Founders, and Hiring Managers across industries.
  • Leverage tools like

    Apollo AI, Lusha, LinkedIn

    and other prospecting platforms for lead generation.
  • Conduct client meetings (in-person & virtual) and represent the brand professionally.
  • Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the delivery team for successful fulfilment.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly business targets.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for strategy development.


Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience

    in

    Business Development / Client Acquisition

    within a

    recruitment consultancy

    .
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, hiring mandates, and talent acquisition cycles.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and build long-term partnerships.
  • Hands-on experience using prospecting tools such as

    Apollo AI, Lusha, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

    , etc.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to meet clients at their location within NCR as needed.
  • Target-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
