Business Development Manager / Sr. Business Development Executive /Sr. Business Development Manager

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager who will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads through multiple channels, and contributing to the sales pipeline for our services in web development, mobile app development.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to prospective leads
Execute email marketing campaigns and manage response funnels
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries across multiple platforms
Bid for projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer
Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for the sales team
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and quotations
Maintain records and manage the sales pipeline through CRM tools
Research potential markets, industries, and customer segments

Requirements

4+ years of experience in business development or lead generation in IT/ITes/digital services
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience in cold calling, email outreach, and online project bidding
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, CRM platforms, and basic digital marketing
Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets
Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of web/mobile solutions
