Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Surat. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, managing client relationships, and generating leads. They will also conduct market research, develop business strategies, and negotiate contracts. This role requires collaboration with the marketing team to align business goals and strategies as well as overseeing the implementation of business initiatives.

• Experience in client relationship management and lead generation
• Proficiency in market research and developing business plans
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and other teams
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with digital solutions and technology services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role within the tech industry is preferred
