Business Development Manager


Key Responsibilities

:
  • Appoint and manage

    distributors, dealers, and channel partners

  • Promote and sell

    solar products

    (like panels, inverters, batteries, etc.).
  • Achieve sales targets and expand the market in Tamil Nadu.
  • Visit markets regularly to support partners and boost sales.
  • Work closely with the marketing team for promotions and campaigns.
  • Track payments and maintain good partner relationships.
  • Monitor competitors and update management with market trends.

Requirements

:
  • 5–8 years of

    sales or business development

    experience in

    solar or electrical products

    .
  • Good experience in

    channel sales and distribution management

    .
  • Strong knowledge of the

    solar market in Tamil Nadu

    .
  • Must speak

    Tamil

    and be ready to travel within the state.
