Responsibilities: Lead customer acquisition and engagement team for Software Product Engineering Services for AI and Cloud. Tech Savvy: Leverages genAI and associated technologies for high efficiency and productivity in Sales cycle. Identify key growth areas, emerging markets, and potential clients. Lead marketing initiatives in alignment with customer acquisition strategy Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and convert prospects into long-term clients. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive activities. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for clients. Negotiate contracts and ensure profitable deals. Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports. Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in business development with a strong focus on IT solutions and services in USA, EU regions. Strong understanding of IT services, including SaaS, AI/ML, Cloud. Extensive network within the IT industry and experience engaging with CEOs, Owners, CXOs, IT Heads, and other decision-makers. Experience in customer support and managing large, complex deals with long sales cycles. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, Contact Data Tools, AI Tools.
