Job Description

Responsibilities: Create and own all strategy and plans to achieve revenue targets for customer experience solutions. Meet and exceed sales targets, while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Develop and manage in-bound and out-bound lead generation processes required to achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target accounts. Develop value added proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals. Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive offerings. Work in close collaboration with the Product and Marketing teams Develop a customer relationship management program for the current and future subscribers. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis. Required Skills and Experience 10 -14 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the customer experience software industry. Experience in - selling of IT Services / Software / SaaS sales. Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong knowledge of customer experience technologies, including CRM, help desk, and support systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Exceptional negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel, as required.
