Job Title: Marketing Executive / Business Development Manager – School Division

Location: Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan & Gujarat (Field Role)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

About the Role:

We are looking for energetic and confident Marketing/BD Executives who can visit schools and promote SmartTalk’s training programs.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and a willingness to travel across assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit schools and meet principals or decision-makers to present SmartTalk’s school training programs.
• Generate leads and build long-term relationships with schools.
• Conduct follow-ups and convert interested schools into clients.
• Assist in marketing activities, seminars, and events organized by the company.
• Achieve monthly targets and maintain regular reporting.
• Be willing to travel across districts within the assigned state.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred).
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated personality.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, or Gujarat.
• Experience in school marketing, B2B sales, or educational promotion is a plus.
