Job Title: Business Development Manager

The Role

The candidates should be experts in interacting with international clients and converting leads into accounts, with their individual domain knowledge, ability to independently provide solutions to the clients, followed by comprehensive documentation, proposals and accurate estimates.

Required Skill Set

  • Handle and nurture inbound leads from multiple channels and convert them into opportunities.
  • Generate outbound leads using tools like LinkedIn, cold emails, and prospecting platforms.
  • Excellent client interaction and handling skills with good command of verbal and written English
  • Strong experience in conducting client interactions for discovering and capturing their pain areas and business needs
  • Solid understanding of the web and mobile development lifecycle, with the ability to quickly grasp emerging technologies, including

    AI-based services and solutions

    .
  • Problem-solving approach, having a comprehensive predictive view of customers' future requirements and existing business processes
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients.
  • Work with development teams to help them understand the project scope and objectives
  • Flexible to work in different time zones

  • This is a result-driven profile, and the candidate must be willing to accept new challenges and deliver
  • Should be flexible with work timings and willing to operate in shifts across global time zones (North America, Europe, etc.)

Educational Qualifications

  • B.Tech with post-graduation in marketing/ sales preferred
