Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role involves conducting market research, crafting proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. The candidate will also represent the company at events, staying updated on market trends to identify areas for growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Experience in Market Research, Proposal Crafting, and Contract Negotiation
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Technical understanding of web and mobile app development, including emerging technologies such as AI
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Availability to work on-site in Ahmedabad
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
• Experience in the IT consulting industry is a plus
