Job Description

Role Overview: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for creating and executing a robust long-term revenue strategy in collaboration with Regional and Sector Heads. This role requires a dynamic individual to engage in business development (50%), individual revenue contribution (30%), client management (10%), and branding and strategy (10%). You will represent our brand in the market, including conferences, and will help establish key relationships that drive growth. Key Responsibilities: Business Development (50%): Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients, expand market share, and penetrate new sectors. Identify opportunities for growth and work closely with sector heads to align strategies. Individual Contribution (30%): Achieve individual revenue targets by closing deals, delivering tailored recruitment solutions, and managing your client portfolio. Client Management (10%): Nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and high client satisfaction. Address client needs and provide customized recruitment solutions. Branding & Strategy (10%): Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Enhance the brands visibility in the market and contribute to strategic growth initiatives in collaboration with the leadership team. Key Deliverables: Achievement of individual and business development revenue targets. Long-term client relationships and new business pipelines. Participation and representation at key industry events and conferences. Implementation of strategic initiatives to position the firm as a market leader. Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in business development, with a proven track record in recruitment or staffing. Strong relationship-building skills and a broad network in the recruitment sector. Experience in managing multiple sectors and industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to collaborate across teams and drive brand growth. Experience representing a brand at events and conferences is highly desirable.
