This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Noida. Responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing effective strategies to achieve sales and growth targets. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, prepare proposals, and present sales pitches to potential clients. Tracking industry trends, market analysis, and contributing to the organization’s growth objectives will be key components of the role.
1)Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Identify potential clients including founders, CXOs, creators, and coaches.
• Research and shortlist leads using LinkedIn. And other tools
• Craft personalised outreach messages (DMs, emails, LinkedIn messages).
2)Client Relationship Building
• Schedule discovery calls and understand client needs.
• Maintain strong relationship pipelines and follow-ups.
• Represent SackBerry’s value to potential clients with confidence.
3) Strategy & Collaboration
• Provide insights from the market to improve service offerings.
• Track lead conversions and optimise outreach strategy.
4) Reporting & Targets
• Maintain CRM and update weekly outreach numbers.
• Meet monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
