As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams. You will help identify market trends, engage with clients, and contribute to the company's growth by developing and executing sales strategies. Role & responsibilities • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold-calling. • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business. • Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and propose business solutions. • Work with internal teams to create customized solutions for clients. • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and prospects. • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure deals. • Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide regular updates to the management team. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings. • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new business. • Participate in business networking events, conferences, and seminars to expand the company's presence in the industry. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to generate leads and close sales. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in B2C sales. Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
