Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Business Development Manager. In this position, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and proactively manage the sales pipeline. The role involves researching target markets, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to refine lead-generation strategies. You will also stay updated on industry trends to tailor customized solutions for client needs while maintaining revenue growth goals.

Qualifications

Experience in business development, sales, or account management within SaaS or digital services
Strong market research and analysis skills to identify opportunities and customer needs
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM software, sales pipelines, and forecasting tools
Skilled in building and maintaining long-term client relationships
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive strategic outcomes
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Prior exposure to international markets or multilingual communication is a plus
