Roles and Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with potential clients. Identify target markets, analyze customer needs, and create tailored solutions to drive sales growth. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing) to develop strategies for successful client acquisition. Build strong relationships with existing customers to increase retention rates and upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business development decisions. Desired Candidate Profile 3-5 years of experience in B2B, promote UK's Universities programs and sales or business development in the International Education industry. Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.Com). MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory; international business knowledge an added advantage. Excellent communication skills, convincing power, negotiation abilities required.
