Urgent Hiring for Business Development Manager Location: Noida Shift Timing : 9:30 AM -6:30 PM Fulltime, Permanent Monday - Friday (5 Days Working) Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to establish our presence in the market. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by identifying prospects, building relationships, and closing business deals from the ground up. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy the challenge of building a new business pipeline from scratch, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: 1. Market Research & Strategy Development: Identify and analyse new market segments for staffing services (e.g., IT, Manufacturing, BFSI, Healthcare, Retail,Telecom etc.). Develop and execute a targeted business development strategy to penetrate new accounts. Track industry trends, competition, and potential client needs to design effective solutions. 2. Client Acquisition: Generate a pipeline of leads through cold calls, networking, online research, and industry events. Develop relationships with key decision-makers (HR heads, procurement leads, etc.). Present and pitch staffing solutions to potential clients to secure long-term partnerships. 3. Sales Execution & Growth: Drive the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closure. Customize solutions and proposals to meet client needs and business challenges. Achieve revenue targets by securing new contracts and building sustainable business relationships. 4. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop service-level agreements (SLAs) and pricing models. 5. Reporting & Metrics: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions. Provide regular updates and forecasts to management on business development progress. Monitor and analyze sales performance to optimize future strategies. Key Requirements: 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in the staffing/recruitment industry). Proven experience in starting and growing a client base from scratch. Skills: Strong prospecting, negotiation, and networking abilities. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a startup environment. Education: Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is an advantage. Other Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and networking events.
