Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager specializing in Real Estate Sales, based in Gurugram. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales of real estate solutions. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing strategic growth plans, conducting market research, and preparing sales reports to achieve business targets. Additionally, the role requires effective collaboration with internal teams to meet client needs and promote the company’s value-driven services.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in real estate sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the property market and investment strategies.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills to build trust and rapport with HNI clients and partners.
  • Strong analytical abilities, market research experience, and proficiency in generating data-driven insights for strategic sales planning.
  • Competence in managing portfolios, preparing sales reports, and achieving revenue targets within competitive timelines.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
  • Experience in working with high-value clients or prior exposure to Property Management Services would be a significant advantage.
