Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
Identify potential corporate clients and generate new business leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in the corporate sector.
Understand client needs and propose suitable hospitality solutions.
Negotiate and close deals with corporate clients.
Prepare and present sales proposals to clients.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing, or related field
.
Minimum
3 - 5 years of experience in B2B sales,
preferably in the hospitality industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of the corporate market in Tamil Nadu
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Must Have

A car with a valid driving license
