Job Title : Business Development manager Department : Sales and Business Development Location : Bangalore, Karnataka Role Description: We are seeking a strategic, well-spoken, and driven Business Development Manager to accelerate the firm’s growth. This role involves identifying high-value opportunities, nurturing partnerships, and building a steady pipeline of premium clients. You’ll be the key link between potential clients, design and the execution team—playing a crucial role in positioning our premium corporate interiors Key responsibilities: Ability to generate leads by meeting the people on ground. Ability to Develop the leads by reaching out to your own network of real estate developers, industry campaigns, Architectural and interior designers. Collaborate with marketing to craft campaigns and strategies that resonate to manage the entire sales funnel from lead generation and proposal presentation to Prepare detailed business development reports and pipeline forecasts for leadership review helping with the preparation of sales collaboration. Present Radhika Somana Designers & innovative solutions in a compelling manner to attract potential clients. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers. Collaborate with clients to gain a deep understanding of their workspace requirements. Handle contract and pricing negotiations effectively. Drive the sales process to successful closure, ensuring a smooth transition from proposal to contract finalization. Highly self-driven and goal-oriented with an unwavering commitment to achieving targets. Analytical thinker with exceptional problem-solving abilities. Requirements: Experience in corporate interior turn key sales or Real estate office sales are must 2 Years of corporate interiors and office sales. Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills A well-groomed and confident presence with the ability to speak to high-profile clients Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized Proficiency in MS Office, and basic understanding of interior design processes Education: Bachelor's or other equivalent degree Remuneration: Salary as per Industry Standards Commission as a percentage of sales Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s): Do you have experience in real estate lead generation?
