Job Description

The Business Development Manager will focus on acquiring new customers in the healthcare provider market, promoting Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services. The role involves collaborating with senior leadership to achieve sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies for lead generation and sales growth.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain detailed documentation.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Collaborate with marketing and other teams to support sales efforts.
Generate leads and build relationships with hospitals, physician groups, and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN).

Required Skills:

Proven track record in achieving sales targets in the healthcare provider industry.
Strong knowledge of RCM services and technology platforms.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

5-7+ years of experience in healthcare sales or client services with a focus on RCM services/technology.
Experience with offshore RCM solutions is preferred.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus.

Additional Information:

Travel as needed to meet business goals.
Prolonged periods of sitting/working at a computer.
