About the Role

Business Development professional in a pure hunting role

Preferred candidate profile

Key Responsibilities

New Client Acquisition (Hunter Role)

  • Identify, target, and acquire

    new enterprise customers

    across verticals (e.g., BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Pharma, etc.) within the Indian market.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads through market research, cold outreach, events, digital channels, and referrals.
  • Engage with CXOs, Digital Transformation Heads, IT leaders, and business stakeholders to position our solutions and open new doors.

Sales & Opportunity Management

  • Understand client pain points and design tailored solutions leveraging Automation, BPI, and AI/ML capabilities.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and solution teams to craft compelling pitches and ensure alignment with customer needs.

Market & Account Strategy

  • Analyze industry trends and customer requirements to identify new market opportunities and develop penetration strategies.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of competitive landscape and differentiate offerings effectively.
  • Contribute to quarterly and annual sales targets, forecasts, and strategic account planning.

Key Skills & Attributes

  • Proven track record in a

    pure hunting role

    in business development or enterprise sales.
  • Strong understanding of Automation (e.g., RPA), Process Improvement, and AI/ML technologies and their application in solving business problems.
  • Ability to confidently engage and influence senior client stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking with a result-driven mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 710 years of relevant experience in enterprise technology sales, digital transformation, or solution selling.
  • MBA/PGDM from a reputed institution preferred.
  • Exposure to working in or selling for IT/Tech/Consulting firms focused on Automation, AI/ML, or Process Transformation.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) is a plus.
