Role: BDM – Projects (Pharma Background)

Location: Hyderabad | Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

Role description:

To identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical manufacturing sector, with a focus on capital equipment, turnkey projects, process systems, and technology solutions. The role involves building strong client relationships, managing project-based sales cycles, and driving revenue growth through strategic business initiatives.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in Pharma/Biotech project sales or project management
2. Expertise in lead generation funnel management and overall business development
3. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical process equipment and turnkey solutions
4. Ability to prepare technical-commercial proposals and manage tenders
5. Knowledge of cGMP, regulatory standards, and engineering compliance
6. Experience in greenfield and brownfield projects
7. Project coordination and execution with design & manufacturing teams
8. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Biotechnology, or related field
9. 5+ years of relevant industry experience preferred
