Business Development Manager - Private labelling / Contract Manufacturing

You will play a key role in Kshetra Foods as a Business Development Manager - Private Labeling / Contract Manufacturing. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the edible oil industry for private labeling and contract manufacturing. - Managing client relationships and negotiating contracts with leading edible oil outsourcing brands, both pan India and globally. - Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering customized solutions in collaboration with marketing and production teams. - Analyzing market trends, forecasting sales targets, and proposing strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Proven experience in Business Development specifically in private labeling and contract manufacturing within the edible oil industry. - Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and partners. - The ability to analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and adapt strategies accordingly. - Experience in client relationship management, contract negotiation, private labeling, and contract manufacturing processes. - Collaborative work approach to coordinate effectively with marketing and production teams. - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in the food industry would be advantageous. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software to manage and track business development activities. - Strong organizational and time management skills to meet targets and deadlines effectively.
